An Australian Investor visa maybe an option for you.  There are 2 types of visas int he Australian business investor category:-the State sponsored Investor visa subclass 165 and the Investor visa subclass 162.  Both are provisional visas are granted for a period of 4 years.  After this period, a visa holder is then able to apply for the permanent business investor visa, known as the state sponsored Investor visa subclass 893 and the Investor visa subclass 891.
