Dear Maheen,
Unfortunately there is not anything you can do if your subclass 163 business visa was refused. You can make a new application but you must be show that you do have the necessary skills to carry out the business plan. If you want to speak to me about your case, please call +35314428643.
Kind regards,

I really don´t understant the statement:
“• You have not been engaged in a business where the provision of professional,
technical or trade services took up more than 50% of your time;”
provided that i own a pharmacy, and i´m also a pharmacist, here in Argentina, and of course i´m in charge of the technical direction of that pharmacy. How can I get over this?
regards
jorge
Dear Mege
I was wondering if you know that: I would like to find out about my chances of getting a Western Australia State sponsored Business Visa. I have been running my own small tour broker business for the past two years, but the annual turnover is only 130 AUSD. Does that automatically mean that I won’t qualify for that visa? Who should I contact with this question?
Otherwise do you think that as a business owner I would have a chance to qualify as a Sales and Marketing Manager (it is on the Western Australia Priority Occupations List), but not on the General Skills list of Australia?
Thanks very much for your info, everything is very complex..
