Subclass 132 Business Talent (Permanent) Visa
This visa is available for high caliber business people who have a genuine commitment to operate a business in Australia. This visa provides for permanent residence status.
For subclass 132 applicants must meet the minimum turnover requirements for their nominated visa and demonstrate the following ownership interests in their businesses:
- 51% where the business turnover is less than A$400,000;
- 30% where the business turnover is A$400,000 or more; or
- 10% where the business is a publicly listed company.
Subclass 132 Visa requirements:-
- You owned and directly managed a business which had turnover of at least A$3,000,000 for 2 out of the last 4 financial years
- Your net assets in business were at least A$400,000 for 2 out of the last 4 financial years
- You are able to transfer at least A$3,000,000 to Australia within 2 years of visa grant for your business investment and settlement costs.
- Your proposed business activity will generate substantial economic benefits for the State of Australia. You are less than 55 years or age, or you are proposing to participate in a business activity which will be of exceptional economic benefit to the State/Australia
