Thanks for your information. Would you be able to advise your nominated occupation? Is it on CSL? I have applied 475 on 20/04/2009 with SA’s sponsorship (non CSL) and haven’t heard anything from DIAC to date while the status on the web turned to Application is being processed futher as of 19/04/2010

Hi all
I have applied for 475 visa
application date 15/08/2009
Case officer allocated:19/04/2010
document requested: PCC& form 80
documents submitted:12/05/2010
After that i did not hear anything . The document list is still showing required for all the documents on my e visa application
I am very upset about it . why it is still showing required not met or received .
can anyone tell me somthing about it please…………….

Hi to all 457 visa waiting for an approval! My 457 timeline- March 9,2010- Application recived processing commenced/ Application fee recieved/ Aril 27,2010- Application being processed further/ Health requirements finalised! What does it means? its been 3 months! Were heading to W.A. hopefully!…………

I lodged my case on 10th August 2009 Visa subclass 175
ASCO code 2239 71 (MODL) (CSL)

Case office assigned, and they asked for revised form 80 couple of times, with minor comments in there

any idea when case will be decided

my medicals & pcc send in feb 2009
no case officer yet

i would like to know when will my case take into consideration
it is killing in waiting………..O GOD

I applied in Aug 2008 and still have’nt heard a thing!!! so….. you guys have applied after me… My lawyer predicts next year which means that you have to wait next year too…… SICK OF THIS CRAZY MIGRATION PLAN

I have filed my GSM visa 475 on 17th July 2009. My TRN no is:EGNT2HVKIE.
All the formalities including medical and penal clearance is done. I have got a job offer in SA but without sponsorship.Infact two members from Embassy have come to meet me on my work place in November2009; still I haven’t got my visa.
On line enquiry status remains same showing “Requested” status for penal clearance certificate.When can I expect my Visa?
