It took whole 2 years for me to be granted my state sponsored 475 visa (Granted Apr 2011). DIAC’s processing time keeps changing. Please refer to

If you are state sponsored, it depends on your nominated occupation and I guess yours is in the priority group 5.

I applied for a subclass 475 visa in April 2010 and still have no case officer. Upon applying I was advised processing times were ‘up to’ 9 months, once the application was in I was advised at least 18 months! Is anyone else experiencing such long waiting times? I would really appreciate any feedback.

Thanks for your help through out the years. I got CO for my 885(online file, he requested medical and PCC and I provided them in week time. But didn’t hear anything after, so I called to check the status and they said they cant find my Medical online. I checked with Medibank and in their records everything is fine. What should I do? As Medibank said they cant send any copy of medical again. I do not know where the hell my medical report is.
DO I send the hard copy of my Medical by post to Brisbane processing centre referring my Case Officer? Please tell me what to do I am stuffed. Thanks in Advance.

We lodged our application in May,2008. Subclass 176… Haven’t heard anything from them. It has been 3.5 years …

I had lodged subclass 475 visa on 31st December 2009, till now i have not been allocated any CO since then…

Can anyone let me know the timelines for this..it will be 2 years next month and not heard anything from anyone.

I’ve submitted my paperwork in April 2009 for a 175 (general skilled MODL) visa and still absolutely nothing! They changed the status online in July to say further processing commenced but still nothing, no CO. So thats over 2.5 years I’ve been waiting…… I am lucky as I am on a 457 so I can at least work and stay in country for now….

My CO allocated on 16 june 2011, and i submitted all documents by 25 july 2011. now no response from their office.

can you please guide me???? what to do now… waiting for their response since 4 months…
