‘How do I apply and successfully obtain this visa in the most efficient and cost-effective way?’
There are 2 types of visas in the Australian business investor category:- the State sponsored Investor visa subclass 165 and the Investor visa subclass 162. Both are provisional visas are granted for a period of 4 years. After this period, a visa holder is then able to apply for the permanent business investor visa, known as the state sponsored Investor visa subclass 893 and the Investor visa subclass 891.
As you might have discovered doing any kind of online research, the Australian government has strict rules regarding immigration to it’s shores by migrants.
Being a seasoned business person, strict rules and requirements are not necessarily going to phase or deter you from taking on the Australian business visa process as dealing with regulatory bodies, bureucracy is probably something you are used to doing in your own business.
