Is there any restrictions for full time or part time jobs holding the 163 visa?

Because my child is looking for a job atm.

You can still be included in your father’s application for a permanent business visa even if you have started working.

Hi,
My father has 163 visa, but only plans to move to Australia in 2 years time. If I do my studies in Australia, then start working before my parents have applied for the permenant visa will I not be included on this visa and have to leave?

Hello Fernando,

Under the current Migration regulations for the Business skills permanent visa categories, your son can still be included in your permanent visa application regardless of his part time work.

Hi,
I’m on a 163 visa and my son is here with me on the same visa category as a dependent and studying as fulltime student at TAFE collage.
I just want to know, roughly how much is he allowed to earn if he is to do a part time job and will it affect him when I apply for a permanent visa or would my son be considered as a dependent.
Please be kind enough to advise me on this matter.
