Furhermore, for the subclass 165 invest (AUD$750,000), is the investor getting interest paid? After the purchase of disignated investment, when will I be eligible to apply a permanent resident visa? Does it have to be after a 4 year period? Since I am 51 years old by now, and the visa requires me to be under 55 to apply, will I still be eligible for the PR application after a 4 year period?
